The questions that follow focus on areas that are commonly important for people to feel happy, fulfilled, and at their best in their working life. They’re not exhaustive, and you may have personal or specific factors that matter more to you, and if we begin a coaching relationship, those will become the heart of our work together.
This assessment is also something you might revisit during our coaching time. I may suggest doing a check-in again later to see how things have shifted or evolved.
